We have tremendous development potential and are pleased to be growing in capacity. Our resource body contains approximately (and probably better than) 1.5 million cubic yards of good-grade c. bentonte. With a cubic yard weighing about (depending on moisture content) 1,600 pounds, this comes to 2,400,000,000 pounds of good bentonite clay! We also have a good quantity of nontronite and of illite in process of development and products research.

We own our resource property outright and we are Permitted and Reclamation Bonded to the Dept. of Environmental Quality of the State of Montana. We are Licensed to conduct business in Silver Bow County of Montana.

Montana Bentonite has begun production on limited scale and under financial constraint. We have not indulged in speculation of overly-rapid sales development, and so do not have excess debt-service burden.

We produce our c. bentonite clay with equipment and methods appropriate for health care concerns: selective extraction, stockpiles protection, visual inspection during processing, stainless steel screener, inert plastic storage and protection of the finished powders, ready for sterilization by dry heat treatment.
